Competitive scholarship to support one student selecting Registered Nursing as a career choice
Registered Nursing is a profession that requires knowledge, leadership, empathy, caring, a strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and the ability to interact successfully with others.
Your goal is to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. This can be done in two ways.
- You could attend a college program and receive an Associate Degree in Nursing. Examples of this program in the Northeastern Ohio area can be found at Cuyahoga Community College, Lorain Community College and Lakeland Community College. This would require additional coursework to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- You could attend a college program and receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Examples of this program in the Northeast Ohio area can be found at Baldwin Wallace University, Cleveland State University, Ursuline College, Kent State University-Geauga Campus, Case Western Reserve University, Chamberlain College, Notre Dame College and The University of Akron.
$1000 Scholarship for Ohio college/university tuition or other charges/fees of the college/university.
